Tolle is an independent app built in the Netherlands. We started with a simple observation: the people who most need a VPN — travelers on hotel Wi-Fi, students on campus networks, anyone in between — are often the least likely to pay for one.
Free by design
Ads inside the app cover the cost of the server network. That model only works if the app is good enough that people keep it — which keeps our incentives pointed at you.
Small and direct
No layers between you and the people building the app. Support email goes to the team; Play Store reviews get read and answered.
Plain-spoken
We'd rather under-promise. This site tells you what a VPN can't do, not just what it can — see the honest scope.
